Task 2. Reviewing key knowledge, tools and practices to integrate large fire planning into territory planning
This task consists of identifying the best knowledge available from within the wildfire prevention and response community, as well as the knowledge gaps and the requirement for new tools and methodologies. It concludes with the identification of areas to be developed and how to develop them, in terms of knowledge transfer tools for key relevant contexts (e.g. fire prevention, risk identification, etc).

Task 3. Building capacity on anticipatory fire risk assessment for land and fire planers
This task consists of evaluating, adjusting, and contrasting some applications that may be adequately developed for and adapted to local contexts, but undoubtedly need to be adapted to the European context. This task will involve a range of activities, including pilot trials, specific studies completing our vision, etc.

Task 4. Implementation of transfer activities
This task consists in the efficient transfer of the project’s activities (methodologies, products, results, etc.) and in the practical development of the applications. It builds upon the two previous tasks and will lead to the production of guidelines, a web platform, etc.

Task 5. Information, dissemination and capitalization actions
This task includes actions related with the project results information and dissemination.

Communication and dissemination plan: Contains the communications actions foreseen, the processes to be followed and the norms to be respected to elaborate the communication materials. |
Project Website: Contains the basic information on the project, results from the reports, and acts has an on-line support for the knowledge-based platform. |
Book of Guidelines: On-line edition of the guidelines generated by activities A.4.1 and A.4.2. |
Articles and Newsletters: Compilation of published articles, press releases, newsletters, etc., related to the development and results of the project. |
Informative material: Basic information material to disseminate project’s objectives, activities and expected results (triptychs, roll-ups and posters). |
Layman’s report: Synthetic divulgation report that will offer a general overview of the progress and will summarize the results of the project. |
