Description: This action aims to set up a common framework for training in wildfire risk planning for land and fire planners at EU level. In order to make available common training standards, it is crucial to harmonize an EU scheme on wildfire risk management. Once a first version is completed, the training programme will be tested in a pilot site in each country from the consortium, i.e. Spain, Germany, United-Kingdom. Special attention will be given to e-learning tools.
Expected results: Definition of competence-based training standards applicable at the scale of EU countries.
